Unlike traditional therapy providers that focus solely on mental health, we recognise the deep connection between the mind and body. Our unique approach incorporates therapies such as CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness alongside physical therapy and movement-based techniques to help individuals achieve long-lasting results.
All our therapists are accredited through the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), ensuring that you receive professional, high-quality, evidence-based care from trained experts.
Physical wellbeing isn’t just about exercise – it’s about creating balance in both body and mind. You can’t have a truly healthy body without a healthy mind, and vice versa.
When we take care of our physical health, we improve our mental clarity, emotional stability, and overall resilience. Regular movement helps reduce stress, releases endorphins, and improves sleep, all of which are essential for maintaining positive mental health.
At Parasoul Wellbeing, we believe in this deep connection. Just as the mind influences the body, the body influences the mind. When we feel strong physically, we build confidence and inner strength that carries over into every aspect of life.
Our approach integrates movement, strength training, and functional fitness to not only enhance physical health but also support emotional and mental wellbeing. By prioritising both, we help individuals create a sustainable, balanced lifestyle where they can thrive.
Physical Wellbeing Lead
With a background in mental health, personal training, and gym ownership, I understand firsthand how deeply the body and mind are connected. Alongside my work at Parasoul, I run Suits U Fitness – a growing community gym built to provide a friendly, safe space for people to train, grow, and build confidence. Through Parasoul Wellbeing, my mission is to empower individuals with the tools they need to strengthen both their physical health and mental resilience – helping them move better, feel better, and live better.

At Parasoul Wellbeing, we believe that a healthy mind and body are deeply interconnected—you can’t truly have one without the other. Physical movement can improve mental clarity, reduce stress, and release endorphins, while a strong and stable mindset enhances motivation, confidence, and resilience. By addressing both aspects, we help clients build a sustainable, well-rounded approach to wellbeing.
